Deliveries for frag racks within NSW are only $10

We ship corals overnight Australia wide for a flat rate of $25 using Auspost express

All corals are shipped in Polystyrene boxes and double bagged with insulation to ensure no leakage. Ice packs or heat packs are added free of charge when required.
Most areas are overnight but there are some regional exceptions which may take 2 days. Given the potential for delays to a delivery we only ship Monday to Wednesday.

Please provide a contact number and active email address when ordering so the courier can make contact just in case there are any issues.
All shipping prices are for within Australia. We do not ship corals overseas.

DOA/RefundPolicy
Arrive Alive Guarantee
We guarantee that all livestock will arrive alive. In the unlikely event of DOA (Dead On Arrival) we must be contacted within 2 hours of package delivery, along with clear photos of the dead coral both in the shipping bag or container and out of bag or container. In the event that a buyer does not contact us in the specified 2 hour time frame, fragrackcity reserves the right to decline DOA coverage. Such cases will be reviewed at management’s discretion.

In order to be eligible for Arrive Alive Guarantee , buyer must receive shipment in person. Please note that the delivery will be marked with Authority to leave if a safe place is available. This will minimises any delays in shipping.
No exceptions, no credit without photo (as per instructions above). No refunds or returns on Live purchases. Verified DOA’s will be fully credited towards future purchases (minus any shipping charges). Once the livestock is in your tank, we have no control over the conditions, so no warranty is implied past delivery. If free shipping was applied to the order we will deduct all shipping costs from credit. To make a claim or If you have further concerns please feel free to email us.
fragrackcity is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages or other acts beyond our control.

No Refunds On Live Animal Sales. Only Store Credit Will Be Issued After Above Terms Have Been Met. Shipping Fees Will Be Deducted From Store Credit.
Change of mind, order cancellations

Once orders are shipped, all purchases are final. In the event that an order is requested to be cancelled, we can offer you 100% store credit OR a refund with a 20% restocking fee.
